DECLARATIONS & DECREES: HOLY SPIRIT IS BLOWING ON YOUR LIFE TO RESTORE & REJUVENATE!

January 18, 2018 – Ezekiel 1:4, 13-17, 22-28; 37:4-10; 1 Samuel 2:1-10; Psalm 68:5-10 (NASB)

Ezekiel 1:4, 13-17, 22-28:  ⁴ As I looked, behold, a storm wind was coming from the north, a great cloud with fire flashing forth continually and a bright light around it, and in its midst something like glowing metal in the midst of the fire.…¹³ In the midst of the living beings there was something that looked like burning coals of fire, like torches darting back and forth among the living beings. The fire was bright, and lightning was flashing from the fire. ¹⁴ And the living beings ran to and fro like bolts of lightning. ¹⁵ Now as I looked at the living beings, behold, there was one wheel on the earth beside the living beings, for each of the four of them. ¹⁶ The appearance of the wheels and their workmanship was like sparkling beryl, and all four of them had the same form, their appearance and workmanship being as if one wheel were within another. ¹⁷ Whenever they moved, they moved in any of their four directions without turning as they moved.…²² Now over the heads of the living beings there was something like an expanse, like the awesome gleam of crystal, spread out over their heads. ²³ Under the expanse their wings were stretched out straight, one toward the other; each one also had two wings covering its body on the one side and on the other. ²⁴ I also heard the sound of their wings like the sound of abundant waters as they went, like the voice of the Almighty, a sound of tumult like the sound of an army camp; whenever they stood still, they dropped their wings. ²⁵ And there came a voice from above the expanse that was over their heads; whenever they stood still, they dropped their wings. ²⁶ Now above the expanse that was over their heads there was something resembling a throne, like lapis lazuli in appearance; and on that which resembled a throne, high up, was a figure with the appearance of a man. ²⁷ Then I noticed from the appearance of His loins and upward something like glowing metal that looked like fire all around within it, and from the appearance of His loins and downward I saw something like fire; and there was a radiance around Him. ²⁸ As the appearance of the rainbow in the clouds on a rainy day, so was the appearance of the surrounding radiance. Such was the appearance of the likeness of the glory of the Lord. And when I saw it, I fell on my face and heard a voice speaking.

Ezekiel 37:4-10:  ⁴ Again He said to me, “Prophesy over these bones and say to them, ‘O dry bones, hear the word of the Lord.’ ⁵ Thus says the Lord God to these bones, ‘Behold, I will cause breath to enter you that you may come to life. ⁶ I will put sinews on you, make flesh grow back on you, cover you with skin and put breath in you that you may come alive; and you will know that I am the Lord.’” ⁷ So I prophesied as I was commanded; and as I prophesied, there was a noise, and behold, a rattling; and the bones came together, bone to its bone. ⁸ And I looked, and behold, sinews were on them, and flesh grew and skin covered them; but there was no breath in them. ⁹ Then He said to me, “Prophesy to the breath, prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath, ‘Thus says the Lord God, “Come from the four winds, O breath, and breathe on these slain, that they come to life.”’” ¹⁰ So I prophesied as He commanded me, and the breath came into them, and they came to life and stood on their feet, an exceedingly great army.

1 Samuel 2:1-10:  ¹ Then Hannah prayed and said, “My heart exults in the Lord; my horn is exalted in the Lord, my mouth speaks boldly against my enemies, because I rejoice in Your salvation. ² “There is no one holy like the Lord, indeed, there is no one besides You, nor is there any rock like our God. ³ “Boast no more so very proudly, do not let arrogance come out of your mouth; for the Lord is a God of knowledge, and with Him actions are weighed. ⁴ “The bows of the mighty are shattered, but the feeble gird on strength. ⁵ “Those who were full hire themselves out for bread, but those who were hungry cease to hunger. Even the barren gives birth to seven, but she who has many children languishes. ⁶ “The Lord kills and makes alive; He brings down to Sheol and raises up. ⁷ “The Lord makes poor and rich; He brings low, He also exalts. ⁸ “He raises the poor from the dust, He lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with nobles, and inherit a seat of honor; for the pillars of the earth are the Lord’s, and He set the world on them. ⁹ “He keeps the feet of His godly ones, but the wicked ones are silenced in darkness; for not by might shall a man prevail. ¹⁰ “Those who contend with the Lord will be shattered; against them He will thunder in the heavens, the Lord will judge the ends of the earth; and He will give strength to His king, and will exalt the horn of His anointed.”

Psalm 68:5-10:  ⁵ A father of the fatherless and a judge for the widows, is God in His holy habitation. ⁶ God makes a home for the lonely; He leads out the prisoners into prosperity, only the rebellious dwell in a parched land. ⁷ O God, when You went forth before Your people, when You marched through the wilderness, Selah. ⁸ The earth quaked; the heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God; Sinai itself quaked at the presence of God, the God of Israel. ⁹ You shed abroad a plentiful rain, O God; You confirmed Your inheritance when it was parched. ¹⁰ Your creatures settled in it; You provided in Your goodness for the poor, O God.

I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power. The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelations 2 and 3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10, 13).

»  We decree and declare from the midst of the STORM you will find REFRESHING and RESTORATION! The huge clouds are flashing FIRE, glowing brightly all around and the color of gleaming amber from within the FIRE!

»  We decree YOUR spiritual eyes are AWAKENING; your SIGHT in the spirit realm is becoming KEENER than your natural vision. As you perceive the power of God, you will be STRENGTHENED; you will be REJUVENATED and FLOW with Holy Spirit.

»  We decree and declare SHIFTING directions and focus, and TRAVEL is BECOMING quicker, automatic, as you are NOT LIMITED but can move in ANY DIRECTION Holy Spirit directs! With God, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE!

»  We decree and declare the DRY BONES, the BREATH of the Spirit is entering you and YOU WILL LIVE! The Lord is attaching ligaments to you and making flesh grow, covering you with skin and PUTTING HIS BREATH IN YOU!

»  We decree and declare from those who have lost hope, and those who have not known Him, God is raising up an ARMY! It is by His BREATH and His STRENGTH that you are ALIVE! Look up and be RESTORED and REJUVENATED!

»  We decree and declare your DIGNITY is being RESTORED! Many have been set aside or discarded for your inability to produce what was expected. DO NOT WORRY for the days the enemy has mocked you, the Lord is restoring your dignity and your PROSPERITY.

»  We praise the Lord God Almighty and declare: He makes poor, and He makes RICH; He humbles, and He EXALTS. He RAISES the poor from the dust, LIFTS UP the needy from the trash pile; He gives them a place with leaders and assigns them seats of HONOR! For the Earth’s pillars belong to the Lord; on them He has placed the World.

»  We decree and declare God Almighty GUARDS the steps of His FAITHFUL, but the wicked will be silenced in darkness. For it is NOT BY STRENGTH that a person prevails – those who fight the Lord will be shattered; He will thunder against them in heaven – the Lord will judge the ends of the Earth. He will STRENGTHEN His King and ENHANCE the POWER of His ANOINTED!

»  We decree and declare God gives HOMES to those who are alone and leads prisoners out into PROSPERITY. But rebels must live in a parched wasteland. At the PRESENCE of God the Earth quakes and the Rain pours from the SKY!

»  We declare the Lord RAINS down showers in plenty; when His HERITAGE is weary, He RESTORES it! His FLOCK settles in it; in His GOODNESS, the Lord, PROVIDES for the poor.

»  We declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.

In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit. The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.

The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it.  Amen!
