DECLARATIONS & DECREES: GOD IS CALLING HIS STRONG & BOLD WARRIORS TO PRAY DURING THE NIGHT WATCH!
March 15, 2019 – Psalm 91:1-16; Acts 16:25-34; Luke 11:1-13 (NASB)
Psalm 91:1-16: 1 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!” 3 For it is He who delivers you from the snare of the trapper and from the deadly pestilence. 4 He will cover you with His pinions, and under His wings you may seek refuge; His faithfulness is a shield and bulwark.
5 You will not be afraid of the terror by night, or of the arrow that flies by day; 6 Of the pestilence that stalks in darkness, or of the destruction that lays waste at noon. 7 A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not approach you. 8 You will only look on with your eyes and see the recompense of the wicked. 9 For you have made the Lord, my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling place. 10 No evil will befall you, nor will any plague come near your tent.
11 For He will give His angels charge concerning you, to guard you in all your ways. 12 They will bear you up in their hands, that you do not strike your foot against a stone. 13 You will tread upon the lion and cobra, the young lion and the serpent you will trample down.
14 “Because he has loved Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him securely on high, because he has known My name. 15 “He will call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will rescue him and honor him. 16 “With a long life I will satisfy him and let him see My salvation.”
Acts 16:25-34: 25 But about midnight Paul and Silas were praying and singing hymns of praise to God, and the prisoners were listening to them; 26 and suddenly there came a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison house were shaken; and immediately all the doors were opened and everyone’s chains were unfastened. 27 When the jailer awoke and saw the prison doors opened, he drew his sword and was about to kill himself, supposing that the prisoners had escaped. 28 But Paul cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Do not harm yourself, for we are all here!” 29 And he called for lights and rushed in, and trembling with fear he fell down before Paul and Silas, 30 and after he brought them out, he said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?”
31 They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your household.” 32 And they spoke the word of the Lord to him together with all who were in his house. 33 And he took them that very hour of the night and washed their wounds, and immediately he was baptized, he and all his household. 34 And he brought them into his house and set food before them, and rejoiced greatly, having believed in God with his whole household.
Luke 11:1-13: 1 It happened that while Jesus was praying in a certain place, after He had finished, one of His disciples said to Him, “Lord, teach us to pray just as John also taught his disciples.” 2 And He said to them, “When you pray, say: ‘Father, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. 3 ‘Give us each day our daily bread. 4 ‘And forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.’”
5 Then He said to them, “Suppose one of you has a friend, and goes to him at midnight and says to him, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves; 6 for a friend of mine has come to me from a journey, and I have nothing to set before him’; 7 and from inside he answers and says, ‘Do not bother me; the door has already been shut and my children and I are in bed; I cannot get up and give you anything.’ 8 I tell you, even though he will not get up and give him anything because he is his friend, yet because of his persistence he will get up and give him as much as he needs.
9 “So I say to you, ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks, receives; and he who seeks, finds; and to him who knocks, it will be opened. 11 Now suppose one of you fathers is asked by his son for a fish; he will not give him a snake instead of a fish, will he? 12 Or if he is asked for an egg, he will not give him a scorpion, will he? 13 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?”
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ and in His authority and through His power. The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2 and 3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10, 13).
» I decree and declare you are the STRONG and BOLD Warriors of the Most High/’Elyon who live in His Shelter; you SPEND YOUR NIGHTS in PRAYER in the Shadow of the Almighty/Shaddai! You call unto the Lord/Adonai, “My REFUGE! My FORTRESS! My GOD/ELOHAI in Whom I TRUST!
» I decree and declare, DURING the NIGHT WATCH, the Lord/Adonai RESCUES you from the trap of the hunter and from the plague of calamities; HE COVERS YOU with His pinions, and under His WINGS you will find REFUGE; His TRUTH is a Shield and PROTECTION!
» I decree and declare the Lord is PROTECTING you, and those you lift in PRAYER, during the Night Watch. You will not fear the terrors of Night or the arrow that flies by day, or the plague that roams in the dark, or the scourge that wreaks havoc at noon!
» I decree and declare you have made the Lord/Adonai, the Most High/’Elyon your DWELLING PLACE. No disaster will happen to you, no calamity will come near your tent; for He has ordered His Angels to CARE for you and GUARD you wherever you are, ALWAYS. They carry you in their hands, so that you won’t stumble.
» I decree and declare, during your PRAYER TIMES and during your daytime walk, you will TREAD DOWN lions and snakes, young lions and serpents: all forms of demonic powers – you will TRAMPLE them UNDERFOOT! The Lord/Adonai RESCUES you because you LOVE Him and you KNOW His Name!
» I decree and declare FREEDOM and RELEASE are coming in the Midnight Hour! The Lord is ANOINTING and EMPOWERING His Word and His People to break the STRONGHOLDS in families, regions and Nations, in the Night.
» I decree and declare the PRAYERS spoken in the Night will RESULT in the SALVATION of Multitudes! Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh is ministering and drawing Households, Families and Nations to the Lord!
» I decree and declare you PRAY always, keeping the Name of the Father God/Abba Elohim HOLY. Your SIGHT is on His Kingdom coming to Earth; your WORDS are BREAKING THROUGH the Atmosphere to bring it to pass.
» I decree and declare I come before the Father/Abba in REPENTANCE and walk in FORGIVENESS towards all who have wronged me. God/Elohim will not lead me into temptation or hard testing. I am able to RISE above all CHALLENGES and DIFFICULTIES for He is with me and His Angels encircle me; He is my STRONG TOWER!
» I decree and declare to you: KEEP ASKING, and it will be given to you; KEEP SEEKING, and you will FIND; KEEP KNOCKING, and the DOOR will be opened to you. For Everyone who goes on asking RECEIVES; and he who goes on seeking FINDS; and to him who continues knocking, the DOOR will be OPENED! The Father/Abba will keep giving Holy Spirit/Ruach HaKodesh from Heaven to those who keep asking Him!
» I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit. The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!

God never ceases to amaze! Its 1 am, central time, Texas… And I just finished about 15mins ago. The scene: home alone for the last few hours was doing some painting, while painting the wood trim and doors, I had my worship playlist on, so there I was painting and singing. I decided to wrap up the painting and leave the rest for tomorrow. But I wasn’t ready to go to sleep. So, I pulled out the guitar amp to sing a few songs and worship. Then four songs in, the spirit lead me to prayer. As I have been praying lately, specifically for and over those in my community who have a heart for God, a desire to know him, who want to serve God and learn more about Him. I kneeled down and asked the Lord to lead us and guide us, to speak to us. I ask in this way, because I know Our Lord does not abandon us nor leave us as orphans. I might be here at home alone, but that’s okay… Because Almighty God is the glue that unifies everything together, that holds us together, and that’s how these spontaneous moments, messages, mini sermons take place. I allow the spirit of God to direct and lead. I don’t need to know the names of the people in this community, because God does. He knows their hearts, their situation, and I stand there in prayer petitioning God to preside over and direct us and lead us, He does. And during the reading of the chapter or the scripture, at certain times I feel it necessary to ask, if someone will please read or will someone like to read this verse or versus, and let me tell you… I, we, those that God is putting together, and unifying through His Holy Spirit can hear one another, We can discern if the reader is a male or female, a brother or sister, I can hear them say ‘yes I will read it! ‘ just as if we were all standing united in the same room or at Church, it is amazing. But that is GOD. HE is the God of the impossible. It requires TRUST. Knowing insiste your heart that God is Almighty, He makes things happen, you, me, we just have to believe it with all our hearts.
Several times, many times in the last few months God has been directing me at night hours to lead in prayer, to conduct spontaneous bible studies, to incorporate those hearts who are living in this community whom I have never met, and to pray for them, He is orchestrating a circle of those who love Christ and want to serve Him, and that’s where the focus has been lately, and not just the circle He has me praying for, but the inner circles of each individual member who currently is within my circle of believers. For God to grow us in strength, knowledge, and wisdom, for God to weave out those false people in our circles and to weave in those who have a true heart and desire to serve Him. I say all this, because walls don’t mean anything to God, His spirit unifies us. Its absouletly amazing to hear someone else voice reading as I’m holding the bible and to know inside my heart that it is because of God, that this is possible and because of Him that its happening. And then for God to, as He always does, He confirms it, He solidifies and fortifies our Faith, And acts by other believers like yourself Dawn. Who post and write and decree and declare His messages and His Word. When
I have read the decrees and declarations they feel as if they were meant for me to read, and I know they are, and I know they are meant for others to read just as I have and that they will also feel the exact same way as they read them, because it was God Almighty who was the author to your words, the Ink to your pen. And I know You already know this inside your heart, yet it is still amazing to hear the living active testimony of others and how the works God has us doing is impacting the lives of our fellow brothers and sisters! It lifts our spirits high up with Joy, and reassurance, Thank you Lord Jesús, and Thank you Dawn, and Thank you to all His servants, whether mortal or immortal, Thank you to all His living creation who gather together on a daily basis to worship, praise, and give Him the Glory for the magnificent life we have.
