DECLARATIONS & DECREES: GOD ENCOMPASSES THE WOUNDED!
May 2, 2020 – Psalm 109:1-31; Isaiah 10:1-27; Jeremiah 33:2-9 (WEB)
God of my praise, don’t remain silent,
2 for they have opened the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit against me.
They have spoken to me with a lying tongue.
3 They have also surrounded me with words of hatred,
and fought against me without a cause.
4 In return for my love, they are my adversaries;
but I am in prayer.
5 They have rewarded me evil for good,
and hatred for my love.
6 Set a wicked man over him.
Let an adversary stand at his right hand.
7 When he is judged, let him come out guilty.
Let his prayer be turned into sin.
8 Let his days be few.
Let another take his office.
9 Let his children be fatherless,
and his wife a widow.
10 Let his children be wandering beggars.
Let them be sought from their ruins.
11 Let the creditor seize all that he has.
Let strangers plunder the fruit of his labor.
12 Let there be no one to extend kindness to him,
neither let there be anyone to have pity on his fatherless children.
13 Let his posterity be cut off.
In the generation following let their name be blotted out.
14 Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered by Yahweh.
Don’t let the sin of his mother be blotted out.
15 Let them be before Yahweh continually,
that he may cut off their memory from the earth;
16 because he didn’t remember to show kindness,
but persecuted the poor and needy man,
the broken in heart, to kill them.
17 Yes, he loved cursing, and it came to him.
He didn’t delight in blessing, and it was far from him.
18 He clothed himself also with cursing as with his garment.
It came into his inward parts like water,
like oil into his bones.
19 Let it be to him as the clothing with which he covers himself,
for the belt that is always around him.
20 This is the reward of my adversaries from Yahweh,
of those who speak evil against my soul.
21 But deal with me, Yahweh the Lord, for your name’s sake,
because your loving kindness is good, deliver me;
22 for I am poor and needy.
My heart is wounded within me.
23 I fade away like an evening shadow.
I am shaken off like a locust.
24 My knees are weak through fasting.
My body is thin and lacks fat.
25 I have also become a reproach to them.
When they see me, they shake their head.
26 Help me, Yahweh, my God.
Save me according to your loving kindness;
27 that they may know that this is your hand;
that you, Yahweh, have done it.
28 They may curse, but you bless.
When they arise, they will be shamed,
but your servant shall rejoice.
29 Let my adversaries be clothed with dishonor.
Let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.
30 I will give great thanks to Yahweh with my mouth.
Yes, I will praise him among the multitude.
31 For he will stand at the right hand of the needy,
to save him from those who judge his soul.
Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, and to the writers who write oppressive decrees; 2 to deprive the needy of justice, and to rob the poor among my people of their rights, that widows may be their plunder, and that they may make the fatherless their prey! 3 What will you do in the day of visitation, and in the desolation which will come from afar? To whom will you flee for help? Where will you leave your wealth?
4 They will only bow down under the prisoners,
and will fall under the slain.
For all this his anger is not turned away,
but his hand is stretched out still.
5 Alas Assyrian, the rod of my anger, the staff in whose hand is my indignation! 6 I will send him against a profane nation, and against the people who anger me I will give him a command to take the plunder and to take the prey, and to tread them down like the mire of the streets. 7 However he doesn’t mean so, neither does his heart think so; but it is in his heart to destroy, and to cut off not a few nations. 8 For he says, “Aren’t all of my princes kings? 9 Isn’t Calno like Carchemish? Isn’t Hamath like Arpad? Isn’t Samaria like Damascus?” 10 As my hand has found the kingdoms of the idols, whose engraved images exceeded those of Jerusalem and of Samaria; 11 shall I not, as I have done to Samaria and her idols, so do to Jerusalem and her idols?
12 Therefore it will happen that when the Lord has performed his whole work on Mount Zion and on Jerusalem, I will punish the fruit of the willful proud heart of the king of Assyria, and the insolence of his arrogant looks. 13 For he has said, “By the strength of my hand I have done it, and by my wisdom; for I have understanding. I have removed the boundaries of the peoples, and have robbed their treasures. Like a valiant man I have brought down their rulers. 14 My hand has found the riches of the peoples like a nest, and like one gathers eggs that are abandoned, I have gathered all the earth. There was no one who moved their wing, or that opened their mouth, or chirped.”
15 Should an ax brag against him who chops with it? Should a saw exalt itself above him who saws with it? As if a rod should lift those who lift it up, or as if a staff should lift up someone who is not wood. 16 Therefore the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, will send among his fat ones leanness; and under his glory a burning will be kindled like the burning of fire. 17 The light of Israel will be for a fire, and his Holy One for a flame; and it will burn and devour his thorns and his briers in one day. 18 He will consume the glory of his forest, and of his fruitful field, both soul and body. It will be as when a standard bearer faints. 19 The remnant of the trees of his forest shall be few, so that a child could write their number.
20 It will come to pass in that day that the remnant of Israel, and those who have escaped from the house of Jacob will no more again lean on him who struck them, but shall lean on Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. 21 A remnant will return, even the remnant of Jacob, to the mighty God. 22 For though your people, Israel, are like the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them will return. A destruction is determined, overflowing with righteousness. 23 For the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, will make a full end, and that determined, throughout all the earth.
24 Therefore the Lord, Yahweh of Armies, says “My people who dwell in Zion, don’t be afraid of the Assyrian, though he strike you with the rod, and lift up his staff against you, as Egypt did. 25 For yet a very little while, and the indignation against you will be accomplished, and my anger will be directed to his destruction.” 26 Yahweh of Armies will stir up a scourge against him, as in the slaughter of Midian at the rock of Oreb. His rod will be over the sea, and he will lift it up like he did against Egypt. 27 It will happen in that day that his burden will depart from off your shoulder, and his yoke from off your neck, and the yoke shall be destroyed because of the anointing oil.
2 “Yahweh who does it, Yahweh who forms it to establish it—Yahweh is his name, says: 3 ‘Call to me, and I will answer you, and will show you great and difficult things, which you don’t know.’ 4 For Yahweh, the God of Israel, says concerning the houses of this city and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah, which are broken down to make a defense against the mounds and against the sword; 5 while men come to fight with the Chaldeans, and to fill them with the dead bodies of men, whom I have killed in my anger and in my wrath, and for all whose wickedness I have hidden my face from this city: 6 ‘Behold, I will bring it health and cure, and I will cure them; and I will reveal to them abundance of peace and truth. 7 I will cause the captivity of Judah and the captivity of Israel to return, and will build them, as at the first. 8 I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against me. I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned against me and by which they have transgressed against me. 9 This city will be to me for a name of joy, for praise, and for glory, before all the nations of the earth, which will hear all the good that I do to them, and will fear and tremble for all the good and for all the peace that I provide to it.’”
I write these decrees in the Name of Jesus Christ/Yeshua HaMashiach and in His authority and through His power. The Angelic troops stand ready to dispatch these decrees to the heavenly realms to the rulers, and authorities, and to post in the King’s Palace (Revelation 2 and 3, Ephesians 3:10, Esther 8:10, 13).
» I decree and declare the Lord/Adonai, Who is the God/Elohim of your PRAISE, SEES – He KNOWS the works of the wicked against you. HE WILL NOT BE SILENT. The wicked speak with a lying tongue and with hateful words; they fight against you without case. For your love they turn to accuse you, but YOU CONTINUE IN PRAYER.
» I decree and declare the Lord/Adonai will deliver His JUDGMENT to the evil one who has risen against you; an accuser will stand at his right hand. When he is judged, he will be found GUILTY, and his prayer will not be heard.
» I decree and declare the wealth of the evil will be SEIZED and will be transferred into the hands of the RIGHTEOUS. The evil ones, who are agents of satan, will be shown no mercy. No pity will be shown to them. Their posterity will be cut off and their names blotted out in the next generation.
» I decree and declare the Lord DELIVERS the Wounded, for His Name’s sake; because His LOVINGKINDNESS is good! He KNOWS the Afflicted and Needy. He SAVES by His Lovingkindness, by the Blood of Jesus Christ/Yeshua the Messiah given once for all as a SACRIFICE for all sin. KNOW THAT THE LORD/ADONAI HOLDS YOU IN HIS HAND – He has done it. The enemy will be ashamed and the People will REJOICE.
» I decree and declare the Word of the Lord/Adonai, “WOE to unjust leaders who enact unjust decrees and record corrupt legislation, to deprive the helpless of justice and rob the rights of the Poor of My People, so that Widows may be their spoil and Orphans their prey!” WHAT WILL YOU UNJUST LEADERS DO IN THE DAY OF THE LORD’S/ADONAI’S VISITATION? For all His anger is not turned away, yet His Hand is still outstretched.
» I decree and declare the LORD/ADONAI SEES your idols, your graven images. He will PUNISH THE FRUIT OF YOUR ARROGANT HEART, and the glorying of your haughty eyes. You say that by the strength of your own hands you have done it and in your own wisdom. HOW CAN YOU BE SO PRIDEFUL TO BOAST AGAINST THE ONE WHO FORMED YOU?
» I decree and declare the LIGHT OF GOD’S PEOPLE is a FIRE, and its HOLY ONE A FLAME. God Almighty/El Shaddai will burn and consume the thorns and briers in one day! God’s People will DEPEND on the Lord/Adonai, the Holy One of Israel, in Truth. A REMNANT OF JACOB/YA’AKOV will return to Almighty God/El Shaddai.
» I decree and declare the Word of the Lord/Adonai, the Maker, “Call to Me, and I will answer you – I will tell you GREAT and HIDDEN THINGS, which you do not know.” Concerning those who think themselves above the Law, or above God/Elohim – BEWARE – your places of pleasure are being emptied, there will be dead bodies of the People whom God/Elohim will slay in His anger and fury. He has hidden His Face from them because of all their wickedness.
» I decree and declare the Lord will BRING YOU HEALTH AND HEALING, and He will surely heal you. He will REVEAL to you an ABUNDANCE OF PEACE/SHALOM AND TRUTH! He will restore those who have been in exile and rebuild them as in former times.
» I decree and declare a CLEANSING and UNIFYING of the people of this land as these decrees go forth.
In the name of King Jesus Christ/ Malakh Yeshua HaMashiach, empowered and led of the Holy Spirit/ Ruach HaKodesh of God, we dispatch the Angelic troops, throughout this land and in the spirit realm, to deliver these decrees to all, both flesh and spirit. The enemy, the principalities and powers, have no authority to act against these decrees of our King, the Lord God Almighty/Adonai El Shaddai; their actions will be of no effect to God’s chosen ones, but will be turned back on themselves for destruction.
The Lord God Almighty, Maker of Heaven and Earth, we praise Your Name for You are True and Faithful and Just to perform it. Amen!
